Seattle Shakespeare uses two different methods for communicating with our patrons through email.  One method is through an ESP (Email Service Provider) that is primarily used for newsletters and notifications. Emails of a transactional nature (confirmation of ticket purchase or donation, pre-show attendance reminders, etc..) will come through our ticketing and fundraising platform.
