Education Programs Enrollment Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register multiple students for classes or programs? -or-

How do I register my student for multiple education programs?

The way that our system is currently set up, you will need to do a separate transaction for each student that you want to register for each education program. Our system does not yet support a “shopping cart” for classes. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we are working to improve our system.

When will enrollment open on your education programs?
Enrollment for all fall and winter programs opens July 1. Enrollment for spring and summer programs opens on January 1.

Are there discounts for enrolling multiple students in your programs?
No. We strive to keep the cost of our programs as low as possible for all students, so we cannot offer additional discounts for siblings at this time.

Can I get a receipt for enrolling my student in your program?
You will receive an automatic email immediately after enrolling your student in our program. If you need an additional receipt, please email us. Please allow a few days for us to send you a receipt.

What if I need to cancel my enrollment?
If you cancel your enrollment in any program before the enrollment cutoff, we will refund tuition less an enrollment fee. Enrollment fees are $10 per student per class, or $50 for Short Shakes and Camp Bill programs. If you cancel enrollment after the enrollment deadline but before the first day of the program, you will receive a partial refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows on the day that a program begins. Please contact us if you need to cancel an enrollment. Please allow two weeks to process any refund.

How many students do you admit to each program?
Home School workshops are capped at 16 students. In order to maintain the quality of students’ experiences, Short Shakes and Camp Bill Performance programs may admit between 8 and 16 students, depending on the number of parts available in the show.

We reserve the right to cancel any class or education program if enrollment is insufficient. In this case, you will receive a full refund of tuition paid.

In some cases, enrollments over the limit will be held to determine if we can run a second track of an education program. If there are insufficient students to run a second track, all waitlisted students will be refunded in full.

You will receive an email prior to the first day of class will more information about pick-up and drop-off procedures, as well as medical release and recording release forms that need to be filled out and returned on the first day of the program.
