A graduate of Cornish College of the Arts, and Co-Artistic Director at Washington Ensemble Theatre, Samie was last seen at Seattle Shakespeare Company in The Two Gentlemen of Verona. Samie has also been seen in Washington Ensemble Theatre’s The Fairytale Lives of Russian Girls, The Edge of Our Bodies (solo show), The Hunchback of Seville (Footlight Award Winner), and Sprawl. Outside of the Ensemble, Samie has been seen in Rikki Tikki Tavi at Seattle Children’s Theatre, These Streets at ACT Theatre, and Wayne Rawley’s award-winning Live! From the Last Night of My Life at Theater Schmeater as well as the remount for Theater22 in 2015. She has worked at Book-It Repertory Theatre, Taproot Theatre, The Solo Performance Festival, The Chicago Improv Festival, and 14/48. Samie is a co-creator and curator of the stupid smart literary event: SIX PACK SERIES, and she is also a teacher for Seattle Children’s Theatre.
