As Seattle Shakespeare Company prepares for its most ambitious season yet, including our highly anticipated production of Shakespeare in Love in 2018, we continue to share our passion for classical theater with new audiences in schools and communities across the state of Washington.
Support Seattle Shakespeare on GiveBIG and you could be a ticket winner!
All first-time GiveBIG donors of $50 — or returning donors from last year who increase their gift by $50 (or more!) — will be entered into a drawing to win two opening night tickets to SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE on May 4, 2018.
What does your GiveBIG donation to Seattle Shakespeare support?
- From Yakima to Winthrop, more than 16,000 students across the state will experience a Seattle Shakes touring show this school year, including our new bilingual production of The Taming of the Shrew!
- This summer, Wooden O will present 38 FREE performances of Much Ado About Nothing and Pericles in our regional parks, playing to more than 11,000 people across the Puget Sound region.
- Approximately 200 local artists and theater artisans are employed by Seattle Shakespeare each season. This year’s recently announced season features the talents of sought-after directors Allison Narver, Desdemona Chiang, John Kazanjian, as well as our beloved Artistic Director George Mount.
Your donation—big or small—goes a long way to support our artistic vision while ensuring that Seattle Shakespeare continues to delight and inspire new audiences across the region.
Thank you, and Happy GiveBIGGING!
