In this, our flagship camp, students will be designing, rehearsing, building, and performing a classic play in just three weeks! Guided by an expert team of teaching artists and technical skills coaches, students will dive into Julius Caesar for eight hours per day. Each day will be spent learning about the language, auditioning for parts, playing games, sewing costumes, painting the set, and working with other students to create a full performance – every student will be performing and working on technical elements. There will be performances on August 8th, 9th, and 10th for family and friends to attend. This camp has no prerequisites, but is designed for students with some basic experience with theater or Shakespeare.
