Board Member Business Card & Name Badge Order Form

Some board members have found that having Seattle Shakespeare Company business cards and name tags to be very useful items when attending events in an official capacity.

Name Tags: It will have your name with “Board of Directors” below it.  The name tag has Seattle Shakespeare Company’s crown and name of the company also listed. Cost: $10.00

Business cards:  A set of 100 with your name and “Board of Directors” below it. It will also have a special “board only” 2 for 1 ticket discount code on the back.  It lists contact information for the theatre as well. Cost: $25.

If you would like to order (or re-order) any or all of the above items, please fill out the form below.  We will make biannual orders in September and in March.  Please have your order in by September 27 for September orders and by February 24 for March orders.

We will notify you when your order can be picked up either at the office or at the next board meeting.
