Julie Briskman

A professional actress for nearly 30 years, Julie has appeared on all of Seattle’s major stages, and at theaters across the country. She is a proud recipient of the Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship, having spent a week at Ten Chimneys under the tutelage of David Hyde Pierce and was recently invited back to train with Olympia Dukakis. Julie is Co-Founder and Artistic Producer of The Seagull Project, appearing as Olga in The Three Sisters and Arkadina in The Seagull. She will be appearing as Ranevskaya in The Cherry Orchard which is set for production in early 2017. Julie can be seen during the holidays in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang playing the Baronness of Vulgaria at Seattle Children’s Theatre.
