Othello

"Powerful...amazingly modern...immediately it engages with our own concerns." - The Seattle Times review of Othello.

Shakespeare's gripping drama of passion, jealousy, and betrayal. The unwitting moor Othello is gulled into murderous jealousy by his seeming friend, Iago. Set in a modern era backdrop of military guns and violence with a rock beat to underscore, the chilling climax was made all the more immediate in this familiar context.
