Fair Helena is virtuous and intelligent; yet the young lord Bretram cannot see past her lower class status. She does succeed in winning his hand, but when he abandons her after the wedding, Helena must use all her wits to win Bertram back. Wooden O put a touch of Jane Austen into this challenging comedy.
