Adam Brock (First Lord/Mariner)

Adam’s past artistic credits include Solo First Trumpet All Northwest Band, and Best Supporting Actor Upstage One Act Festival. He was trained in film directing and 16mm film editing at the FAMU Film School in Prague, Czech Republic. Adam also studied acting with Richard Pinter at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City. He has completed Viewpoints training with Walter Eugene Grodzik at the Evergreen State College and will graduate with his Bachelor of Arts degree this June. He plans to attend Columbia University next year and obtain an MFA degree in Directing while studying with Anne Bogart. Adam is thrilled to make his Seattle Shakespeare Company debut.

Gordon is happy to be back with Seattle Shakespeare Company. Over the years he has performed at many area theaters including Seattle Repertory Theatre, Seattle Children’s Theatre, and ACT Theatre. He has also been involved in numerous productions with Montana Shakespeare in the Parks.
Lisa Carswell (Hermione/Time)
SSC: Debut
Lisa is thrilled to make her Seattle Shakespeare Company debut in The Winter’s Tale. This summer Lisa was seen in various Eastside parks performing the role of Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing. As a cum laude Cornish College of the Arts graduate, Lisa has performed locally at several theatres over the years including Seattle Repertory Theatre, Theater Schmeater, New City Theatre and Open Circle Theatre. Some of her favorite roles have been Olivia in Twelfth Night, Amanda in Private Lives, and Roxane in Cyrano de Bergerac. Lisa returns to the Seattle stage after taking a break to be home with her twin sons Peter and Alexander.
Spencer Clark (Mamillius)
SSC: Debut
Spencer Clark is twelve years old and is currently attending Eckstein Middle School. This is Spencer’s first production with the Seattle Shakespeare Company, and he is extremely excited to be part of The Winter’s Tale. Other plays Spencer has been in include Eckstein Middle School’s production of The Music Man and Stone Soup Theatre’s productions of Macbeth and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
John Farrage (Camillo)
SSC: The Tempest (Alonso), Julius Caesar (Caesar/Masala)
John is so happy to be working with Seattle Shakespeare Company again. His most recent local performances were Brother Juniper/Esteban in The Bridge of San Luis Rey at Strawberry Theater Workshop and Alan Berg in God’s Country at Capitol Hill Arts Center, where he has also performed as Fatt/Grady in Waiting for Lefty, Ricky Roma in Glengarry Glen Ross, and directed Rhinoceros. John has been seen on many Seattle stages and favorite roles include the Innkeeper in Don Quixote and Big Nut/Uncle Hi in Silverwater both with Book-It Repertory Theatre as well as Ferdinand in Book-It All Over’s production of Ferdinand the Bull, Nick in The Time of Your Life, and Ned Weeks in The Normal Heart at Theater Schmeater. John is a graduate of Cornish College of the Arts where he obtained a BFA in Acting.
Austin Farwell (Archidamus/Cleomines)
SSC: Debut
Austin is thrilled to be involved with his first production at Seattle Shakespeare Company. He is a recent graduate of the College of Santa Fe where he achieved a BFA in Acting. Some recent favorite credits include The Last Sunday in June at ReAct Theatre, Hamlet, God’s Country, HAIR, and Tracers.
Troy Fischnaller (Clown/Dion)
SSC: Debut
Troy has worked locally for The Theatre (Louis Slotin Sonata, 1984, Ming the Rude), Seattle Children’s Theatre (Honus and Me), Capitol Hill Arts Center (God’s Country, Death of a Salesman, Waiting for Lefty), Book-It Repertory Theatre (Don Quixote, Cry, the Beloved Country), Wooden O (Macbeth), and has performed sketch comedy for audiences in Seattle, Portland, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Oregon and has lived in Seattle since 1998. Troy lives with Kate and has two lovely cats.
Jack Greenman* (Polixines)
SSC: Debut
Jack was last seen as Prospero in the Sound Theatre Company production of The Tempest at Lake Sammamish. Other credits include King Lear, Macbeth, and Twelfth Night (PCPA Theaterfest); A Christmas Carol (Geva Theatre Center); Hard Times (South Coast Repertory Theatre); Hamlet, The Comedy of Errors (Shakespeare Santa Cruz); Love’s Labour’s Lost, The Taming of the Shrew, and Othello (Colorado Shakespeare Festival); and Murder in the Cathedral (St. Mark’s Cathedral, Seattle). Jack received Santa Barbara Independent Awards for both Oleanna and Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me and Robby Awards for Arcadia and The Daly News. Jack is currently on the faculty of Cornish College of the Arts and Freehold Theatre/Studio and is married to playwright Sarah Greenman.
Joseph P. McCarthy (Old Shepherd/Gaoler)

Joseph is pleased, nay, excited to be making his first appearance with Seattle Shakespeare Company. Recent credits include Adam in As You Like It with Wooden O, Eddie Brock in Born Yesterday at ACT Theatre (Werner Shook, Director), Decius Brutus in Julius Caesar with Wooden O, and Army in Requiem for a Heavyweight at Theater Schmeater. Joseph is a founding member of Second Story Repertory where he performed in numerous shows including Water Engine, The Good Doctor, All in the Timing, Frankenstein and We’re No Angels. He has been seen over the years at Tacoma Actors Guild, The Bathhouse Theatre, Pioneer Square Theatre, New City Theatre, as well as theaters in Los Angeles and up and down the east coast. Besides acting, Joseph is a director, choreographer and teacher. He has taught and directed in local schools as well as youth tours in India, the British Isles and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Chris McKeon (Florizel/Lord)
SSC: Debut
A graduate of Kenyon College, Chris McKeon is a third year graduate student in the University of Washington’s Professional Actor Training Program. While at UW, he was most recently seen as Yang Sun in The Good Woman of Szechuan and as Yasha in The Cherry Orchard. Originally from New York, he appeared in the New York Stage and Film productions of The New Americans and Perdita Gracia (an adaptation of The Winter’s Tale) at the Powerhouse Theater. He spent this past summer playing the title role in Hamlet with the Montana Shakespeare Company and is very excited to be making his debut with Seattle Shakespeare Company.
Troy Miszklevitz (Autolycus/Officer)
SSC: Debut
Troy has worked in film, television, dance and theatre for the past six years. Acting credits include Lucky in Waiting For Godot with Second Story Repertory, Daventry in In a Shallow Grave with Book-It Repertory Theatre, The Sun Fool in The Christmas Revels with Larry Pisoni, and Captain Pisani in Accidental Death of an Anarchist with Barefoot Theatre Group. He co-founded the local company Collaborator which produced two original plays, Extropia and Paper Airplane, and has danced with locust and Maureen Whiting Company. His original one-man show THE SHOW appeared this summer at On The Boards’ Northwest New Works Festival and Bumbershoot and runs this December at Washington Ensemble Theatre. Troy holds a BFA in Acting and Original Works from Cornish College of the Arts.
Jayne Muirhead* (Paulina/Mopsa)

Jayne is a 28 year Seattle stage veteran who has worked on most local stages and is delighted to debut at the Seattle Shakespeare Company in The Winter’s Tale. Recent and favorite roles include: Menopause the Musical and Born Yesterday at ACT Theatre; Hello! Mrs. Piggle Wiggle, Go! Dog! Go! and Bunnicula at Seattle Children’s Theatre; In Flagrante Gothicto at The Empty Space Theatre; Steel Magnolias at The Village Theatre and The Merry Wives of Windsor at Tacoma Actor’s Guild. With composer/husband John Engerman she has penned four one woman shows and is working on her fifth, Jayne Eyrehead.
Tracy Repep (Emilia, Dorcas)
SSC: Debut
Tracy recently appeared as The Perichole in Strawberry Theatre Workshop’s original adaptation of The Bridge of San Luis Rey, directed by Sheila Daniels. Previous Shakespearean encounters include Ophelia in Hamlet (Wooden O); Lady Blanche and Pembroke in King John (upstart crow); Desdemona in Othello (Island Stage Left); Lady Percy in King Henry IV, Part One and Luciana in Comedy of Errors (Montana Shakespeare in the Parks); Dorcas in The Winter’s Tale (Chicago Shakespeare Theatre). Tracy has played regionally with the Goodman Theatre and Bailiwick Repertory, and locally with Seattle Public Theater, Annex Theatre, Baba Yaga, Seattle International Children’s Festival, Capitol Hill Arts Center, and the local band “Awesome.” She is delighted to make her Seattle Shakespeare Company debut.
Paul Morgan Stetler* (Leontes)

Paul most recently played the title role in the The Empty Space Theatre production of Louis Slotin Sonata by Paul Mullin. Prior to that, Paul played Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing here at Seattle Shakespeare Company, Daniel Webster in The Devil And Daniel Webster at Seattle Children’s Theatre (both directed by Rita Giomi) and Paul Verrall in Born Yesterday at ACT Theatre and South Coast Repertory Theatre, respectively, directed by Warner Shook. Paul has appeared locally at Seattle Repertory Theatre, ACT Theatre, Intiman Theatre, Seattle Children’s Theatre, and Village Theatre and considers Seattle Shakespeare Company an artistic home for which he is truly grateful. He is a graduate of Penn State University.
Elena Wright (Perdita)
SSC: Debut
Elena is pleased to be making her Seattle Shakespeare Company debut in The Winter’s Tale. She is currently in her third year at the University of Washington’s Professional Actor Training Program. While at UW, she has been in Cloud Tectonics, The Mischief Makers, Hot Fudge, Savage Love, Engaged, Zara Spook and Other Lures, The Good Woman of Setzuan, and The Three Birds. Previous roles include Harper in Angels in America, Carol in Oleanna, Trinculo in The Tempest, Prince Dauphin and Bardolph in Henry V, Petra in A Little Night Music, and Sweetheart in In Trousers. Elena is originally from Boston, MA.
